Involved in the Business Engineering and Project Management areas since 2000, PASE Consulting is currently responsible for the program management of the First National Bank Digitisation process for Credit Risk, building digital solutions onto an in-house developed platform. Most recently we were engaged in a platform migration between FNB platforms consisting of several systems, whilst providing the capability to derive strategic BI / MI reporting through Micro Strategy, as well as the program management of the Barclays Informatica Big Data physical infrastructure implementation and data ingestion through the platform to ensure ingestion and lineage as viable output for business consumption. We pride ourselves in our work ethics and have completed projects within Sub-Saharan Africa, inclusive of Namibia, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Tanzania, Nigeria and Zambia, with the main focus to ensure delivery and enhance client profitability and execution.
We are APMG-UK accredited Agile Project Management Practitioners, and apply both PMI and PRINCE II Methodologies interchangeably where required. PASE Consulting works closely with its partners in Business Engineering and Data Management to ensure that the world of data flow and management from a technological, process and strategic perspective not only aligns with Business fit, but to ensure external alignment.
Our project engagement ranges across different industries, from Local Government and Municipal sectors, with experience in the Banking, Medical, Transport and Manufacturing Industries – as the principles stays the same.

On a strategic level we have dealt with the development of, and assisted companies in strategic goal setting, in line with company policy and strategy. Our CEO, Gert Botha, was exposed to the facilitation and negotiation of change, internally and externally as a management consultant in the South African Police Service from 1994 to 1998 to align said Department with constitutional, social and ethical change requirements, with extensive exposure to Public Relations, Client Communication and Facilitation as well as involvement in organisation and work-study investigations, data-modelling of processes and procedures, efficiency and viability studies in terms of new developments and projects and the training of personnel within the organisation.
